Straightforward path to joining for qualified members:

  1. Exploratory discussion — Confirm premium size, lines of business, claims history, and Independent Account capital commitment.
  2. Data submission — Provide current claims history, exposure information, and existing program details through Bearing Risk’s website at https://bearingrisk.com (Captive Simple API / portal).
  3. Indicative terms — Program Manager develops a premium recommendation and Independent Account capital requirement under program guidelines.
  4. Participation agreement — Review Independent Account documentation, capital mechanics, distribution policy, and exit provisions.
  5. Bind & onboard — Policy Issuer issues the official, licensed policy; capital is posted; coverage begins.
